Let's face it; Chipotle is probably one of the healthiest forms of fast food available. Chipotle prides itself on using 53 ingredients that are easily pronounceable. No artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives, EVER! I love that and find it super easy to eat plant-based, soy-free, and gluten-free.


My go-to meal is a veggie bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, fajita veggies, fresh tomato salsa, guacamole, roasted chili-corn salsa, and romaine lettuce. Usually, when I get home, I add some of my homemade Cashew-Based Mozzarella Cheese before topping it with some plant-based sour cream.


Nonetheless, eating there can be expensive as everything adds up quickly. You pay extra for just about everything, so why not bring chipotle to your kitchen for a fraction of the cost? Thankfully, when ordering the veggie bowl, all the extra deliciousness is free, so I am sure to get my money's worth.
